Hawa Academy is an online English language learning platform serving students in East Africa and the Gulf region.

Your account is personal and cannot be shared with others. You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. One account per person.

Subscription costs $5 per month (pricing varies by region). Payment is made via mobile money. Your subscription is activated manually after payment is confirmed. Activation usually happens within 24 hours of payment.

We do not offer refunds once your account has been activated. If your account was not activated within 48 hours of payment contact us on WhatsApp and we will resolve it.

You can stop your subscription at any time by not renewing your monthly payment. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

All course content is for personal learning only. You may not record, copy, or share our lesson videos. Our content is protected by copyright.

You agree not to share your account with others, attempt to access content without a valid subscription, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hawa Academy means you accept any changes.
